Fuchsia ‘Pink Fizz’

Pot up fuchsia plants into containers or baskets and grow them on in warm frost free conditions. Pinch out the growing points where stems have more than 2 sets of leaves, while the plants are still small. This will encourage the plants to produce more stems, making a bushier plant with more flowers. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise fuchsia plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days. For their final position, grow fuchsia plants in a sunny or semi shaded site.

Plant petunia plugs directly into flower pouches or grow them on for transplanting into baskets and containers later on. Grow petunia plants on in a warm frost free position. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise plants to outdoor conditions, over a period of 7 to 10 days before planting out in a sunny position.

Feed and water regularly, particularly during hot, dry periods. Regular deadheading of petunia and fuchsia flowers will encourage further blooms to be produced throughout the summer.
