We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help. You may return most items for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
An item must be eligible and meet the following conditions for a return or exchange:
- The return is requested within 15 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The item is not a live plant, bulb, or tuber (as noted above). This policy primarily applies to non-living gardening accessories, which we occasionally offer.
- You have your original order confirmation email or order number.

- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and specific return shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without these instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our fault (e.g., we sent the wrong non-plant item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

- Timing: After we receive your returned item, please allow 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your financial institution may then take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your original payment method.
- Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
