Rhodanthemums are a unique compact plant with daisy-like flowers that bloom upon wiry stems above silvery-green foliage. As its name suggests ‘Pretty in pink’ bears truly gorgeous pink blooms which will brighten your borders from April to June. This hardy perennial is ideal for full sun locations in the border or patio containers. Supplied in 9cm pot. Height: 20cm (8″). Spread 30cm (12″).

Pot up plants in a loam based compost in full light, grow them on in warm frost free conditions. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise Rhodanthemum plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days. Plant them out in well drained soil in sunny borders.

Feed and water regularly. Apply a deep mulch in late autumn to protect the crowns of the plants over winter. Leave flowered stems intact until spring as these will also offer some protection from frost.
