We are thrilled to ship our beautiful plants and bulbs across the globe (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Our goal is to ensure your green friends arrive safely and ready to flourish.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully select, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. We handle every item with the utmost care.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our nursery.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures and local postal services.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products (as seen in our menu) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive dead or damaged:

- Begonia Tubers
- Blueberry Plants

- Dahlia Tubers
- Dwarf Fruit Trees
- Lily Bulbs
- …and all other plants, bushes, trees, bulbs, and tubers.
This policy primarily applies to non-living gardening accessories, which we occasionally offer.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must:
- Be a non-plant item (e.g., a gardening accessory).
- The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must have your original order number or confirmation email.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange for an eligible item:

- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and specific return shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without these instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our fault (e.g., we sent the wrong non-plant item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
