We know you love snowdrops, so we’ve put together a unique collection which will brighten your garden from January right through until May! As well as the true snowdrop, which lifts the spirits on cold winter days, this collection includes Puschkinia for mid-spring colour and Leucojum for an elegant finale in late spring. Grow these beauties in groups in borders or try naturalising them in large informal areas of grass. Supplied as bulbs.
- Collection comprises:
- Snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis) – classic white flowers appear in late winter which are ideal for naturalising at the base of trees. Height: 10cm (4″).
- Russian Snowdrop (Puschkinia scilloides) – A flurry of palest blue flowers, etched with dark powder blue stripes emerge in March and April. Height: 15cm (6″). Spread: 10cm (4″).
- Summer Snowflakes (Leucojum aestivum) – Dark strap like foliage is followed by slender stems, each bearing up to 8 white, bell-shaped flowers with a faint scent of chocolate. Height: 60cm (24″). Spread: 10cm (4″).
