Due to their perishable nature, all sales of live plants, bulbs, and tubers are final unless they arrive dead, damaged, or are the incorrect variety. We cannot accept returns based on change of mind or garden performance.

For non-plant items (gardening accessories), returns or exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is in resalable condition
